Please be sure to submit accurate address information when ordering. We are not liable for inaccuracies on your behalf. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final.

If the incorrect information is submitted and we have to reship your package, there will be an additional fee of $8 to reship your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Our gourmet, handcrafted treatments can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system.
All sales are final.

Customs fees, duties, taxes

Camille Rose does NOT cover any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may incur with international shipments. These charges are NOT included in Camille Rose shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.

Returns policy

We want you to be happy with your gourmet blends. All of our products are mixed fresh to order; therefore, all sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order or if an order takes more than 30 days to ship.
Orders that are damaged during shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS.

Damaged or lost item?

Damaged or lost in transit:

Your order was damaged or lost in transit and you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been released from our warehouse, Camille Rose is no longer responsible for it.

Rosette Note : Orders that are damaged by shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS. Orders that are incorrect are replaceable by exact product and not by a refund.

Once an order has been shipped and has been lost in transit, that becomes the responsibility of USPS.

Authorized retailer returns:

If you have purchased from one of our Authorized Retailers / Resellers, you must adhere to their return policy. We are unable to accept returns from retailers.
